What You’ll Do:
•  Act as first-point of contact for all accounts, providing continuous support to a suite of prestigious international clients via phone and email
•  Respond to customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a strong knowledge of all product details, providing additional sales support for existing clients
•  Oversee the reception, processing, and verification of shipment/orders from customers utilizing the company’s internal CRM/ERP system
•  Balance daily administrative tasks while supporting external departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations

What You’ll Need
•  University Degree or Certificate in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Naturopathy, or equivalent
•  1+ year experience in a customer service environment serving clients in-person, by phone and email
•  Perfect command of both the English and French languages (spoken and written)
